Please contact me to discuss a commissioned piece of jewellery.

Whenever possible commissioned work will be discussed in person with as much detail as possible given.If possible with sketches & or images provided. The more information to visualize what you want is best. 

When the design has been discussed either online, phone or in person then a 50% payment should be made to me up front before work can be started & the remainder when I have notified you of its completion & its ready for delivery. Your jewellery will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery which is tracked, signed & insured. 

Please note: Commissioned designed jewellery is not eligible to be returned or exchanged as they're made to the customers specifications & are not resellable.
